Depression is not a reason not to study but, if not handled it might create troublesome, this might be a reason some students stop studying. It’s better to take proper guiding/mentoring when you to seek help, talk to others and don’t let it be a reason not to achieve your goals. Good luck to all those starting or continuing their studies

Struggling with depression can be hard enough as it is, but if you’re also trying to do your best in studying focusing on your goals, the two things can get in each other’s ways. Feelings of hopelessness, guilt, worthlessness, not being in control are characteristics of depression that can undermine your studying, just like decreased concentration, memory capacity and self-esteem. What’s more, a disappointing prove can “prove” your depressive cognitions and make you feel even worse. Other people might think you don’t have the discipline or the motivation, which only makes you feel worse about yourself.

Major reason behind getting Depressed is due to Unsatisfied Emotional Ego Characteristic Nature

  1. Mental health & Physical Health are more important than our Other Goals
  2. Don’t beat yourself up, and don’t under estimate yourself try to recollect in which you are excellent and focus on that along with self-pat
  3. Got out of bed very often/quickly
  4. Plan for something new or unique
  5. You need to feel Proud of you
  6. Don’t Compare yourself with others who are neither similar to you nor equals to your Talent
  7. Control & Balance your Emotions
  8. Study in short shifts
  9. Planning is key success Mantra and plan according to Time along with your convenience
  10. You need to take care of yourself but
  11. Still if you are unable to control your depression emotions, start watching Cartoons Videos/Comedy Videos
  12. You need to self-pat that you are great in many things but might be weak only very few things
  13. call someone you’re Emotionally comfortable with and chat
  14. Find one thing in your life that you’re passionate about,
  15. Try to Sing a song that makes you feel powerful
  16. Meditations and reading/Listening Music
  17. Don’t start over thinking for everything
  18. Never Measure your Talent, Knowledge & Performance with anyone, it’s of no use
  19. Start Writing Some Interesting Blogs
  20. Never ever Compare your Luck or Fate or yourself with superstitious Actions
  21. You need to think about you and don’t bother what others may think of you when you are right

I know and acknowledge that some of these are maintenance activities that you don’t feel able to do when you’re really down. I hope others help you anyway.
